This house, originally built in the mid 1950's was in major need of exterior and interior renovations. A small but very decorative addition was added to the front of the structure to allow for a proper foyer and a covered entrance to the home. Cedar pergola and brick planter boxes where built to add depth to the front of the structure as well as to highlight the future gardens which are to be planted adjacent to the front foyer area.

Two new additions were added to the rear of the bungalow. The newly added main floor sections include a new family room with adjoining eating area and a modern kitchen. Also added is a new dressing room with an attached ensuite bathroom connecting to the master bedroom that can be seen to the left of the framework for the new structure.
